About

Alexander Choe is currently an undergraduate student at the University of Massachusetts Boston majoring in Computer Science. He is very involved on campus, and is part of the Japanese Language Club, Kpop Club, Student Arts and Events Council, and the Women in Science club. He was also the peer mentor for the Engineering/Physics and Computer Science FSC's for the Fall 2017 and Spring 2018 semesters, and is continuing peer mentoring for the Computer Science FSC for the Fall 2018 and Spring 2019 semesters.

Apart from his studies, he enjoys reading science fiction and fantasy novels and holds great interest in both Korean and Japanese music, language, and culture. In general, he enjoys the study of language and culture and has also briefly studied Ancient Greek and Roman mythologies and languages. In his free time he enjoys watching movies or Korean variety programs, going on Youtube, baking, and taking on complex origami projects.
