[MassHistPres] Basement windows

Can anyone suggest a good source for replacement basement windows that
are capable of being crafted to resemble original 3-pane wooden windows?
We have a homeowner whose windows are rotted out and missing, even the
sills are gone. A white vinyl unit that they presented was far from
desirable. We are OK with double-pane glass, simulated divided lights
(on exterior), material could be wood, aluminum clad (dark finish) or
dark vinyl.
