Hi, Carol.

I'd like to suggest you add Dana Gray to your list. Dana is a craftsman who lives in Littleton. He has done, and is doing, a lot of work for the Old Chelmsford Garrison House museum. His work for us includes repairs on two houses, the rebuilding of a barn that was dismantled and given to the museum, and repairs to our blacksmith shop. Dana has also done work for private homeowners and he disassembled, moved, and reassembled his own home.

Preservation Mass < http://www.preservationmass.org >, and the Barn Task Force < http://www.preservemassbarns.org >, are good sources of information about historic barns and timber framing.
Another excellent source of information is the Timber Framer's Guild, < http://www.tfguild.org >.

I hope these suggestions help.
