[MassHistPres] Tax credits or other help to restore a commercial building

In the BallardVale Historic District in Andover, we have an old train 
depot (now used for apartments) that the owners would like to restore.  
In checking thru my old listserv emails, I noticed an email in April 
from Erin Kelly about a state tax credit for rehabing historic 
buildings used for commercial purposes.  I'd like more info on this 
program, as well as other suggestions for ways this project might be 
elgiable for financial help.
