I'm hoping someone can help me out here.

First question: is anyone aware of any product or company that can make
custom design exterior grids to be permanently affixed on a window with
no divided lights? The material could be wood or vinyl.

Second question: Does anyone have any experience finding windows with
thermal glass that have a 2 over 2 grid pattern with the grids on the
exterior? Material can be wood, dark brown vinyl, or dark aluminum-clad.
This is for a property in a economically depressed area, and it is a
hardship case, so cost is a significant factor. I'd prefer specific
experience with such windows.
