Don 't know what you mean by low to moderate, but try Wooden Screen Door Co. in Waldoboro Maine, www.woodenscreendoor.com

  Subject: [MassHistPres] Storm windows

  Another windows question--

For a two-story Craftsman house, with a low-to-moderate restoration/preservation budget, I need to locate soon a maker and installer of a (fairly conventional) exterior combination storm window with screen in a one-over-one configuration for original doublehung windows. I do not need wooden storms, and in fact prefer lower maintenance options with inside-removable parts for convenience for upper story windows. Appearance is important, so can anyone recommend a product with excellent quality at a fair price? (The property is located in Northampton.)

  Thank you.
