[MassHistPres] wooden replacement windows

Over the last 25 plus years, in high end housing to HUD funded projects for
historic low/moderate income housing the combination of original historic
wood windows with single pane glass with color coded aluminum triple track
storm windows were used without a problem with the local inspectional
process.
