[MassHistPres] criteria for demolition delay

I am in the process of writing a Demolition Delay Bylaw and would be 
interested in this information as well.  I would also appreciate info on the 
length of time ordinarily allowed to issue a demolition permit and other 
experiences with gaining  cooperation from Building Departments.
