[MassHistPres] Structural Engineer For 19th Centuary House

I have a friend selling a mid 19th century wood frame building. There seems 
to be a badly deteriorated carrying beam and more than average settling of the 
floors. Can any body recommend a good firm to look at the house and evaluate 
the structural issues?
