[MassHistPres] house to be razed

Hi Everyone,
  In Westminster, we have a small Cape, c. 1761 sitting on property 
recently purchased by the City of Fitchburg for watershed protection, 
and they plan to bulldoze the house.  We've received permission to move 
the house, and the person can have the house for the cost of removing 
it.  The Historical Commission obviously is interested in saving the 
building, or at the very least saving the materials from a fate of filling 
a dumpster.
      1.  Does anyone know of someone who might like a house?
      2.  I'm looking for samples of a classified ad for the newspapers 
to advertise this fact.
      3.  If someone has had experience with this kind of thing, are 
there steps I should take to avoid the inevitable pitfalls in this kind 
of project?
