The Benjamin Osgood House on Broadway in Methuen is slated for demolition in Spring 2007 to make way for a commercial building. It comprises two early 19th century houses joined perpendicularly, with several additions and late-century Stick details added to the main facade. Largely unaltered, it has served as offices until recently and could probably be rehabilitated as a single or multi-family residence. The owners are willing to relocate the structure.
