If you happen to live and/or work in any one of the communities noted
below, you have one more chance to learn about DCR's Heritage Landscape
Inventory Program and how your community can apply to participate!

 

 

WHAT:  DCR's Heritage Landscape Inventory program partnership with the
John H. Chafee Blackstone River Valley National Heritage Corridor
Commission and Quinebaug-Shetucket Heritage Corridor, Inc.

 

 

WHEN:  Wednesday, October 18th, 7pm to 8:30pm

 

 

WHERE:  Sturbridge Town Hall (directions below)

 

 

WHO:  Municipal staff, volunteers and non-profits that are concerned
with community character in any of the following eligible communities -
Auburn, Blackstone, Brimfield, Charlton, Douglas, Dudley, East
Brookfield, Grafton, Holland, Hopedale, Leicester, Mendon, Millbury,
Millville, Northbridge, Oxford, Southbridge, Sturbridge, Sutton, Upton,
Uxbridge, Webster and Worcester.

 

 

WHY:  Come learn why your community should consider applying to
participate in the Heritage Landscape Inventory program - NO MONETARY
MATCH REQUIRED!!  (Yes, you read that correctly!)

Directions to Sturbridge Town Hall, 308 Main Street, Sturbridge

From East and West:  Take the Mass Pike to the I-84 exit 9 to Sturbridge
(US-20)/Hartford.  Merge into I-84 W.  Continue for approximately 1 mile
to Exit 3B, US-20 W to Brimfield.  Turn left at Main St/Rt 131.  

 

Town Hall is a white building on the left.
