[MassHistPres] moving historic structures

 I was hoping to gather some information on how to mount a campaign to save a building by moving it and what obstacles (no pun intended) we might encounter. The Wellesley Country Club is slated to be demolished (where the vote to become a town was taken) and we are trying to get the Club to consider moving the building to another site on their property.
If you have any suggestions of ways to approach this we would very much appreciate it. The Pillar House in Wellesley was relocated a few years ago.
