What kind of tradesman performs this kind of work. How could I find one
in the phone book, for example? I've been stripping my sashes to bare
wood myself, and I'm so pressed for time these days that I'd gladly pay
$135/pair to have someone else do it -- but only if they don't dip them,
which I understand can undermine the integrity of the window.
