[MassHistPres] Ticketing/Non-criminal disposition

Hello everyone,
I would like to know which communities in Massachusetts have empowered
their Zoning Enforcement Officers to enforce the historic districts
bylaws via ticketing/non-criminal disposition (fines).  I will also
compile the responses and provide the information to Chris Skelly at
Massachusetts Historical Commission.  Thank you for your help.
