[MassHistPres] 19th C. plate glass

Hi Kathi,

Historical archaeologists excavate LOTS of plate glass from all time periods
and they frequently need to utilize secondary sources to date the glass they
find in the ground. There are many resources available to date plate glass
and my short google search led me to a research bibliography compiled by
David Moyer in 2001, then of the Iowa Office of the State Archaeologist (
http://www.digitalpresence.com/histarch/glass.html). This bibliography may
be specific to the Midwest, but I am sure that there are other resources out
there similar to this one that could pin down a better date for your plate
glass.

Best of luck!
