Hi Anne,
We have been using David Ottinger, Arlington, Ma. He actually has all these skills except he is not a professional architect. He dismantled the Woodbury Tavern ca. 1813, Southborough for us and is designing the reconstruction including the package for both the structural engineer and building inspector. He has brought many skills from the ground up to our project including the salvage and preservation of 23 wall units with original woodwork, plaster, paint and stencil. I would highly recommend him.
