In this time of dropping real estate value, a key to Demo Delay seems to be
in showing the reality that any area that preserves its aesthetic values
INCREASES in value over time INCREASING demand to own and live there. This
point is equal and opposite to the FACT that areas that do not respect and
preserve aesthetic values will reduce value and demand.

Its no coincidence that places which are beautiful with their best
architecture and quaint history visible very importantly WITH a high level
of aesthetics in all its surrounding built environment,, will have the
higher demand and value.
