REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS-July 19^th , 2007

On July 19th, 2007. The Tewksbury Historical Commission sent out a 
Request for Qualification which is reproduced below: The submission date 
was a clerical error and is now corrected/changed to *_August 16th, 
2007._* the Commission regrets the error and hopes interested candidates 
will take advantage of the additional time to submit.

    /The Tewksbury Historical Commission, by and through the Town of
    Tewksbury will be seeking proposals from qualified consultants to
    inventory approximately 115 historic structures in the Town of
    Tewksbury, according to standards set by the Massachusetts
    Historical Commission.

    Prospective Applicants must have:  1) a Bachelor's degree in
    Historic Preservation, Architectural History, History, Art History,
    or a closely related field, plus at least two years full-time
    experience in an area relevant to the project; or 2) a Master's
    degree in any of the above-mentioned areas.

    Interested parties should send a letter of interest and resume no
    later than 5pm on July 13, 2007 to:

    All qualified parties will be sent a Request for Proposals upon
    submission of a letter of interest and resume.  The Town of
    Tewksbury is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer in its

    Requests for Proposals will be available to be sent on August, 17^th
    , 2007 to qualified applicants who have responded.  Proposals must
    be returned no later than 5pm on August 31, 2007.

    The Town of Tewksbury reserves the right to reject any and all
    proposals, acting within its discretion.  The Town of Tewksbury
    further reserves the right to send requests for proposals to other
    qualified applicants. If the Tewksbury Historical Commission
    determines to extend the date for submission of proposals, such
    extended date will be included in the RFP or otherwise noticed to
    qualified applicants who have submitted responses.
