REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

TOWN OF SANDWICH, MASSACHUSETTS

Project to Preserve the Town's Historic Manuscripts and Photographs

 

The Town of Sandwich is requesting proposals from a qualified consultant to
catalogue and preserve the Town's historic documents.  The scope of the
project shall include the documentation and preservation of historical
manuscripts and photographic collections held by public and private
institutions of the Town of Sandwich in order to make such documents
accessible to the public, addressing preservation problems, and taking
measures to improve preservation storage conditions.

 

Request for Proposal documents may be obtained at
<http://www.sandwichmass.org/> http://www.sandwichmass.org/ and at Sandwich
Town Hall, 130 Main Street, Sandwich MA 02563 beginning Monday November 26,
2007 at 9:00am.

 

Proposals shall be received no later than Monday December 24, 2007 at 4:00pm
at Sandwich Town Hall, 130 Main Street, Sandwich, MA 02563.   Proposals will
not be opened publicly. 

 

The Town of Sandwich reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, in
whole or in part and to make awards in a manner deemed in the best interest
of the Town.
