[MassHistPres] guidelines manual

Hi all/ our small LHD (75 properties ) has revised its design standards and wants to apply to our Community Preservation Committee for funds to produce a design manual/ good graphics and pictures / has anyone done one recently and can give me a possible price? thanks.
