The City of New Bedford is selling two separate City owned historic properties to private buyers through the Real Estate Disposition Initiative. The subject properties are made available to buyers who agree to make appropriate investments in the properties. 
Request for Proposal # 970. Subject property is located at 115 Summer Street, New Bedford, Massachusetts is shown on City of New Bedford Assessor's Map 158 as Lot 252. 
Request for Proposal #971. Subject property is located at 1 Washington Square, New Bedford, Massachusetts is shown on City of New Bedford Assessor's Map 36 as Lot 149. 
Each, separate Request for Proposal may be obtained or examined at the City of New Bedford Purchasing Department, 133 William Street, Room 208, New Bedford, Massachusetts 02740 during normal business hours ( Monday - Friday 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM). 
Request for Proposals are available June 7, 2007 and are due on July 16, 2007. Site tours are available on June 13, 2007 and June 20, 2007.
