[MassHistPres] Request For Qualifications - Ayer Historic Properties Survey

The Ayer Historical Commission, by and through the Town of Ayer will 
be seeking proposals from qualified consultants to conduct Phase 1 of 
a Community-wide Historic Properties Survey, to document selected 
historic resources, following Massachusetts Historical Commission 
survey standards and methodology.  The project will implement 
priorities for documenting properties identified in a 2003 
Community-wide Preliminary Historic Resources Survey Plan.

Applicants must have: 1) a Bachelor's degree in Historic 
Preservation, Architectural History, History, Art History, or a 
closely related field, plus at least two years full-time experience 
in an area relevant to the project; or 2) a Master's degree in any of 
the above-mentioned areas.

Interested parties should send a letter of interest and resume no 
later than 5:00 p.m. Tuesday July 3, 2007 to:

All qualified parties will be sent a Request for Proposals upon 
submission of a letter of interest and resume.  The Town of Ayer is

and will be due no later than 5:00 on August 3, 2007.
