[MassHistPres] Mass. Chapter 40 21D Enforcement

Is anyone aware of any community that uses provisions of Chapter 40 21D to enforce historic district regulations?  Our community is looking to use elements of it and we've been asked to provide some feedback on if it meshes with our processes and procedures.  Thanks!
