The Needham Historical Commission seeks to hire an historic preservation

Massachusetts Historical Commission. These homes have been identified.

but not limited to, grant opportunities, tax credits, deed restrictions and pr
eservation options to be used as tools to preserve the historic buildings in

option or incentive. This information would become part of an outline of general
guidelines for a Master Historic Preservation Plan for the Town of Needham.

additional buildings as researched, using the mapping program available at the
Needham Town Hall.
