A quick Google search will get you information on Dale's Improved
Concrete Patents and Dale's Improve Illuminating Lights. This is a
concrete illuminating tile vault light system patented in 1879. See for

Has anyone heard of "Dale Lights"? They appear on some late 19th century
construction drawings and seem to be some kind of borrowed light system
- perhaps a skylight above transoms.
