[MassHistPres] How to catalyze adaptive reuse of a church

Good call on the Partnes for Sacred Spaces. But I would also say that the folks at Historic
Boston have been doing good work in this area.
Who is the current owner? Can you get the authority to run a design charette for the building?
Just showing people what could be done might generate the interest.
