[MassHistPres] Possible cancellation of property insurance in localhistoric districts

I have not heard of the cancellation of insurance for properties included  in 
historic districts.  
 
I do know that the National Trust for Historic Preservation offers  insurance 
for historic properties.  I have no experience with it.   Here is their
