[MassHistPres] John Henry/Red Sox owner Brookline teardown

If it is truly important , try and get it listed on the PreservatiONMASS 10 
most endangered list.  Embarrassing to Mr. Henry, especially since they 
honored the Sox for preserving Fenway park.
