ho, ho, ho..... you aren't the only one who was a little nonplused by this
example - Phil Bergen also queried (the ownership, which I had wrong, and
the management of the building, which I believe I had right.) The idea that
a group of elected officials in a small MA town would consider demolishing
an important piece of Town history is so outrageous that counterexamples
need to be in the same spirit.
