Description:    The former MBTA Substation, located at 4228 Washington Street and owned by the BRA, is available for sale and redevelopment.The Draft Request for Proposals (RFP), prepared by the BRA, will be presented at a public meeting on April 30, 2008 at the Roslindale Community Center. The RFP is designed to inform prospective developers about BRA criteria and objectives for redevelopment and to guide and assist interested developers in submitting their development proposals to the BRA for the Property.
