I have several concerns with using Azek gutters. 
Being a non-traditional material, it wouldn't be appropriate for all houses. 
As far as I know it only comes in one profile and size, which doesn't  follow any historic precedent.
This fact also makes it difficult to achieve both a functional and pleasing raking crown and gutter connection.
Because of the differing expansion and contraction ratios any connection with wood (as in the above case0 would be doomed to fail.. 
Again improper installation would cause leaking that would affect any wooden trim near the azek gutter.
