[MassHistPres] Gov. Stoughton Land Trust

The Town of Milton is in the early stages of planning to redevelop a parcel 
of Town Land that was donated by Gov Stoughton. It has a series of historic 
buildings on the property, and produces some income for the community. It was the 
site for the Town Poor House. There is a need to balance the need to produce 
income for the Town, abide by the wills provisions, maintain the historic 
buildings and provide a site for affordable housing. Does anybody have any 
suggestions?
