(http://www.preservationmass.org)  . There are  a number of Historic Burying Ground consultants listed 
there who would be  interested in receiving your RFP. Also listed are 
Materials Conservation  specialists as well.

Hadley Crow  Studio is an architecture/landscape architecture firm based in 
Orleans, MA  that is working with the Orleans Historical Commission to 
preserve the  town's cemeteries. Having completed a survey of the four 
historic cemeteries  in Orleans, Hadley Crow Studio is seeking qualified 
cemetery preservation  specialists to provide a proposal for condition 
assessment, including  recommended treatment for all stones and an estimate 
of the cost to complete  all required remediation. This report will then 
become the basis of a bid  document for implementation. If you are interested
