Chris,
A new "Nuisance" amendment to City of Worcester ordinances was passed  
unanimously by the City Council this past October.  It will take  effect on March 
15, 2008.  It is a general "Demoliton By Neglect" or  "Affirmative Maintenance" 
law not limited to historic buildings.
