Jonathan,

The Massachusetts Historical Commission requests an updated list of
Local Historical Commission and Local Historic District Commission
members every two years.  The packets to Local Historical Commission
Chairpersons are going out this week.  The packets to Local Historic
District Commission Chairpersons will go out in April.  

I am always interested in collecting material that might be useful to
local historical commissions or historic district commissions or useful
for statewide planning purposes.  For instance, the packet includes the
list of LHC municipal budgets statewide and asks for an update if it has
changed.  This is a common piece of requested material.  

The packet also includes an MHC On the Road request form.  I regularly
meet with local commissions around the state and this request form is
how to get that started.   Chris.
