[MassHistPres] Demolition Delay Bylaws...

Hello Everyone..

I am writing to ask about towns that have a Demolition Delay Bylaw.  I have
the privilege here in West Boylston to not only sit on the Historical
Commission but also the town Bylaws committee.  I am trying to learn all
that I can about how other towns that have this bylaw set up and how they
are structured.  We have scheduled and announced a public hearing to get
input from the the town for late April and have asked our Board of Selectmen
to review it as well and will be getting a request to appear before them t
explain why we want this law placed in the warrant and hopefully on the
books.  Any help that I can get would be appreciated.
