[MassHistPres] Gravel Roads

     I am working with the Planning Board in Chesterfield to develop a
procedure for converting gravel roads to paved roads.  Does anyone have this
in place?  I would appreciate copies of by-laws enacted or other documents.
 The Town has recently paved 3 gravel roads-one 1/4 mile long leading to one
house, one shorter leading to two houses and another short one leading to
