[MassHistPres] Use of Sales Tax Exemption for Building Restoration

If you are doing repeat business with a given merchant, you can often  
file the tax except paper work with them so that you do not have to  
show the tax except for each time you shop. I have done this at  
Walmart and at the local hardware store. aj
