[MassHistPres] hardship demolition application

Chris,
Bill Stinson, Chair of the HDC, knows this and he and the other member
due for re-appointment continue to serve. The difficulty with achieving
aquorum has to do with the other factors I detailed plus one member who
is away for several weeks adopting a child in another country.
