[MassHistPres] Historic Paint Colours

There is a fold-out sheet with paint chips of colors selected by (or with
input from) Historic New England that is available free from merchants that
carry the California brand of paint.  This may be the "color chart" referred
to below.

SPNEA now Historic New England used to provide a fantastic color chart for
different periods with their new membership kits.  I used it extensively
when i restored my 1723 colonial farmhouse.
