[MassHistPres] industrial type smokestacks

The Baker Chocolate Factory has a long history of Industrial use(use of 
water power) going back to early European History in the area.It has a dam that 
has been in the center of debate due to its history,proxcimity to smelt 
spawning growns and PCB issues.While the PCBs seem to be contained in the 
sediment,they can be released if the dams are destroyed.
