[MassHistPres] Filing Fees

[McLaughlin, Kathryn]

The fees for the Boston Landmarks Commission and for Boston historic
districts start at $25.00 and go up to $250, or to one-half of one
percent (0.5%) of the total project cost for really large projects,
depending on the scope of work.  You can see the break-down of the fees
on our application, page 7, at
www.cityofboston.gov/environment/downloads.asp, under the link to
"Certificate of Appropriateness, Design Approval and Exemption
Application."
