[MassHistPres] RFQ for Rehabilitation of 77 Maple Street, Springfield

The Springfield Preservation Trust, Inc. seeks contractors for exterior masonry (including foundations and some cabling), interior/exterior carpentry, window/door restoration, and exterior painting to be done in two phases to 77 Maple Street, Springfield, a historic property assisted with City of Springfield Community Development Block Grant Funds.
 
Requests for Qualifications shall be evaluated on experience with historic projects, projects completed in the past five years, completing projects in a timely manner, proper licenses, insurance, and references. Affirmative Action and Equal Opportunity guidelines apply.
