Joyce:
Does Princeton have a Historic District and HDC? Bedford's beautiful
Town Common and adjoining property fall within the Bedford Historic
District, therefore a representative of the town must appear before the
Commission with an application for any major changes, additions, etc.,
the same as any property owner. This works well, and all parties have
been most cooperative throughout the years.
Good luck!
