[MassHistPres] mailing list maintenance week of March 16

During the week of March 16 some mailing lists ("listserves") mailing
lists, including this one, operated by the Computer Science Department
at UMASS-Boston will be subject to intermittent interruption while the
hardware that supports them is upgraded.

Most subscribers to these lists will not notice any effects perhaps
except for occasional unexpected delays of several hours between
posting of message and the time it appears on the list.
