[MassHistPres] Alternate uses for Town-Owned Historic Homes

I love the resident/manager programs - they do this with a variety of homes around the state to have someone living there that will take care of the place, but would only truly be renting.  You could even tie it to affordable housing.

I have forgotten the link, but I am sure someone will forward it. Something like a Curatorship program.
