State property is not entirely exempt from local historic control. The 
municipal Historical Commission has the authority to include state buildings 
in the course of their Inventory of Historic Assets of their city or town. 
When a Form B has been filed on a state building the structure is added to 
the MHC Inventory of Archaeological and Historic Assets of the Commonwealth.
