[MassHistPres] Historic District Seminar reminder

A reminder that the Cape Cod Commission is holding a FREE seminar for
Historic District Commissions and Review Boards on Tuesday, October 27, 2009
from 3 pm to 5:30 pm at the Harwich Community Center.
The seminar will cover legal issues in historic review, design review, and
writing effective decisions.
