[MassHistPres] demo delay procedures, solicting more comments

Hello,



I have received some very helpful comments thus far and am looking for more.? I am seeking the comments of historical commissions and/or staff on how they administer their demo delay's.? In particular, the Newton Historical Commission has been discussing the issuance of waivers of delay.? I would like to know at what point commissions consider issuing a waiver and under what circumstances.? Only re-use of the building, move to another location, unsuccessful sale, ect.?? When do you consider issuing waivers, a few weeks, or months into the delay?? Do you have a policy on such matters???I realize that part of this is relative to the length of delay you might have.? If anyone has any information to share I would appreciate it.
